What are the best ways to launch a product in a new market?
Launching via partnerships is a somewhat "lower risk" approach to entering a new market. This can be via partnerships with existing clients or other non-competing businesses who share your target customer/ICP. For current customers who are already in that market, they are providing you an opportunity to expand and build a presence without the additional cost of finding your first customer. It's also an opportunity to test out a market to see if there is a good fit. Utilizing a partnership with a non-competing business provides numerous marketing opportunities to quickly access new customers/leads, provides credibility, and builds brand awareness.
