Why do smaller partners and services partners matter in driving ERP success? In my experience, ERP vendors and their customers would be well served by vendors adjusting their view of the world to better incorporate small partners and non reselling services partners in to their considerations. When big partners get too expensive or implementations run off the rails, it is often the smaller, agile partners that come in and save the customers (and by association, vendors) bacon. I realise that revenue is critically important, but customer satisfaction and renewal rates aren't tied to how many deals a partner sold or how much revenue the partner contributed to the vendors quarterly numbers. A focus on the top line revenue and bottom line margin numbers is important but a myopic view driven by this usually has a negative impact on customers and partners. #sapbusinessone #acumatica #erp #sage #microsoft #sap #partner
