So, here's how I measure the conversions for my clients: --> Sales is the big game But what if you're not selling an offer or in the beginning stages? 🤔 Well, you still have 2 metrics to measure: 1. Opt-in Rate Usually, you'll see a "Subscribe to our newsletter" opt-in (boring) And that'll either be at the bottom of the website OR Coming up as a pop-up I bet that the opt-in rates for these would be less than 10% But why's that, Dhruv? 🤔 Because you're not telling them what they get by giving in their email The opt-in is vague The opt-in is annoying The opt-in isn't valuable But the opt-in rates will be ~50-70% when you're sending them to a dedicated landing page. A page that tells them what they get. A page that states clear outcomes & educates. This is what my clients are after 🤩 2. Email/ Newsletter Open Rate The average newsletter open rate is between 10-30% (That's also when you have a good credibility) Founders know that email lists are important But only sending out emails every week isn't going to cut it. (And only 3 out of 21 founders I've talked with know this) If you're in the process of building an email list... You need a solid offer You need a solid resource And no...
