    One ESXi host was not Intel compatible with the remaining 2 ESXi hosts. Was not able to vMotion from ESXi host 3 to ESXi hosts 1 & 2.
    Had to enable EVC to meet the Intel Compatibility specs that works for all 3 hosts.

    1. Create a new cluster within the same datacenter.
    2. Before moving the host, vMotion all the VMs to the other hosts first.
    3. Set the host to Maintenance Mode.
    4. Move the host to the new cluster (drag-and-drop).
    5. vMotion the VMs back to the host, this…

    6. Do the same, steps 2 – 5 to the remaining hosts.
    7. Once all the hosts are in the new cluster, enable and configure HA in the new cluster.
