What are the best ways to keep your team on task and meet deadlines remotely?
Our Marketing team of six recently added a Monday morning 30-minute stand-up meeting. Just five minutes each to report out top projects for the week that others on the team might need to contribute to or expect to receive. It has made a huge difference in smoothing the multitude of hand-offs on the team and makes me a better leader with an updated view of all that is underway. Our longer meeting mid-week allows us to brainstorm on themes or creative projects. Try it out!
