How Should We Treat Our Employees? It’s common knowledge to treat people the way you want to be treated. The same concept applies in the workplace. Employers should be treating employees with the respect they deserve. In any situation, it’s not acceptable to look down or condescend any of your team members. Everyone is equal. It doesn’t matter if you have a higher salary or position than them. You’ll quickly lose the respect and loyalty of your employees if they’re not happy. When they leave your company with a bad experience, it also affects your brand image and reputation. But at the same time, you shouldn’t be too friendly. Being too nice may potentially risk employees from taking you as seriously and completing their tasks to a good standard.

The most glaring issue I saw with the debate was that the moderators (who are supposed to be impartial) had already prepared fact checks and responses to loaded questions they asked Trump. The moderators would then ask Harris questions and allowed her to answer them without fact checks. I continue to see proof in my claim that all forms of media have failed the American people. Unbiased presentation of facts has become purchased narratives, biased representations, virtue signaling, and shock journalism similar to the trash rags in the 80s. Add suppression of opinion to the mix and you have a conduit of propaganda. If we are going to fix the government in the United State, it starts with all forms of media. Please use common sense when voting. List the Good, Bad, and Ugly. Don't go with your favorite music or movie star, they are also bought and paid for. We do not need far left or far right. We need moderates and bipartisanship and fiscal responsibility, or we will truly end up like Brazil. The election of our lives is in November. Dramatic? A bit. But truth.

Let's Talk about a few Key Items to Hosting! And please let me know if I missed anything or if you think of something that should be included! 1. Dress the Part – Patrons who are thinking their concern is not being addressed correctly will often ask to, “Speak to the Manager.” Make sure your attire conveys both uniqueness and authority. If your clothing is the same as your staff, or you appear disheveled or “Dressed Down”, your ability to relay your station and authority will most likely garner the patron not listening to you either and asking to speak to someone "Above" you. Your job is to complete the request or deny it, and also to have them understand that your decision is the only one they need to hear. 2. Eye Contact – Once the you have identified the person you need to speak with, make and maintain eye contact as much as possible throughout the approach, conversation and just before departing. Eye contact conveys confidence and empathy. It denotes that you are sure of your abilities and also that you “See” the person you are addressing as an equal or someone of worth. 3. Make sure that even if the answer to the request is "No", that you convey it in a way that is not abrupt or that can lead to consternation or anger. By explaining the reason behind your decision, and making sure that their concerns feel as if they are heard, even if not acted upon.

No one said it better than RFK and Kennedy Assassination: “What we need in the United States is not division; what we need in the United States is not hatred; what we need in the United States is not violence or lawlessness; but love and wisdom, and compassion toward one another, and a feeling of justice toward those who still suffer within our country, whether they be white or they be black. We can do well in this country. We will have difficult times; we've had difficult times in the past; we will have difficult times in the future. It is not the end of violence; it is not the end of lawlessness; it is not the end of disorder." GET OUT AND VOTE. THAT's how we make change in the government. If we want to replace them all then let's replace them all. STEP UP and do your part. Sitting at home, at work, at school and too busy to vote allows others to determine your future. I KNOW SOME WILL SAY IT's RIGGED. If that's the case, the let's go prove it. Go to the polling sites. Watch what's going on. Help make it fair. The next 6 months will determine our future and kid's future. Step up and be a part of it and let your voice be heard. I am one to believe that both of our candidates are at risk. Prayers to both.

They are Falling Like Flies! – A thundering herd of CEOs and Casino Presidents departed the gaming industry this year. MGM Resorts, Caesars Entertainment, Wynn Las Vegas. Too many to list. Retirements, health concerns, other opportunities. Wonderful people. Talented people. I’m not here to judge (that’s God’s job), but this many executives leaving is a sign of something more ominous. In May 2023 hiring fell off a cliff. Between that, and the lack of meritocracy these days, I scaled my executive recruiting business back to part-time. Consumers pushed the Recession out a year by raiding their savings, drawing down their 401 retirement accounts and maxing out their credit cards, but I could see it coming. Casinos are some of the most efficiently run companies on the planet run by some of the smartest business executives in the world. If you think all of these departures are coincidence…think again.

Once upon a time a young man would like to join the navy, however he failed when the selection officer ask him "Can you swim?" and the the young man replied "Sir, No Sir". The officer ask him "Then why you want to join the Navy?", the young man replied "Permission to speak openly sir! Did the one join in Air Force all can fly like a bird sir?". Companies, Recruiters, HRs, if you look for the perfect candidate you might hire calculators, heavy machines, army generals, CEOs, Company Owners etc. for the rank and file position. Here's the fact, no candidates are perfect, but you can teach them to become closer to your ideal employee, either it is fresh grads or veterans to run your calculators, heavy machines, software and hardware. Billionaires received massive tax cuts and credits for yachts and private planes, on the backs of the average American. He added more to the debt than any other non-wartime President in US history. He lost more jobs than he created. President Biden has created more jobs than the last 4 republican presidents combined. Do you really want the stench of another failed Trump regime polluting our economy and society? His lies to the American people regarding tariffs were despicable. The importing country doesn't pay those tariffs, that cost is transferred to the American consumer with increased prices. Ask American farmers how his failed trade war with China worked out for them, as many lost their family farms, some generations old. The economy thrives under Democratic leadership and tanks under republican regimes, fact! VOTE BLUE to defeat the convicted felon and adjudicated rapist.

I've been doing a video update every day of this war, and sometimes they get flagged for age-restricted content due to them being filmed mostly on the battlefront. I hope viewers are sharing the videos anyway because it’s so important to try and get the truth out since there are so many lies and distortions being spread about Israel and what’s going on. An example is the recent stabbing attack that happened in broad daylight at a shopping mall in Karmiel, a town in northern Israel not too far from where I and my family live in the Galilee. The two young soldiers who were stabbed by a terrorist were able to fight back and killed their attacker, but one of these soldiers later succumbed to his wounds and died. This is why it’s necessary for soldiers to always carry their weapon with them, even when they’re off duty. People often ask me how much longer this war will continue, and how much longer reserve soldiers like me will have to be on active duty in the IDF. While I don’t know that, I DO know that the Bible says we are to ask for enough strength, courage, fortitude and resources for today. The Biblical method is to take things one day at a time, one step at a time. Matthew 6:11; "Give us this day our daily bread." Some estimates are that it will take years for the Hamas tunnels to be completely cleared. Hamas can be compared to ISIS at the peak of its power, when there was a large international coalition battling them, but now it’s just the IDF, and Hamas has tunnels, which ISIS didn’t have. I am impressed (professionally) with the military force Hezbollah has managed to build. But I'm also saddened that they have talked themselves into believing that they can destroy Israel. There is an intensifying battle on the northern front and Hezbollah is continuing to fire large numbers of rockets, UAVs and missiles into Israel, and Israel must put a stop to this. This includes assassinating individual Hezbollah leaders. I hope the Hezbollah leaders understand that the Bible, which was written hundreds of years before the Quran, prophesies about the return of the Jewish people to Israel and that this is happening and will continue to happen. The Aliyah Return Center has been part of this process and that will also continue and that the ARC will do more, not less, to further the plans and purposes of God. All the terrible pogroms and attacks against Jews that have happened over the centuries and continue to happen, can’t and won’t stop the plans and purposes of God.
