Why does Team Leadville exist? Simple: I got tired of of losing veterans I knew to military suicide. I got tired of waiting for government agencies to do better. I got tired of lame excuses. I got tired of social media posts showing pushups but not doing anything of value. And I wanted like-minded, driven people to join our mission to Stop Veteran Suicide, fueled by Endurance, Teamwork and Grit. I wanted “ALL IN”—and in our 10th year, we have built exactly that culture. I work full time, have a family, and am an endurance athlete…but this is important enough to MAKE THE TIME. If not us, then who? We are not a nonprofit by design—there are too many with limited success. So we found those who are fiscally responsible and have a proven track record of truly assisting veterans and giving them a second chance on life—-that is who Team Leadville supports. Since 2015 Team Leadville has now raised over $500,000 and saved over 250 lives.
