Maybe not for everyone, but when teaching negotiation and conflict resolution I started with 10-15 minutes of an Office episode from the first two seasons. These are textbook how not to resolve conflict. This opens the door to open discussion and application of fundamental principles that do resolve conflict.

Baylor University
Received the university's outstanding professor award for scholarship in recognition of publications in the Journal of Marketing (2010), Journal of Consumer Research (2010), Journal of Advertising (2010), and Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science (2012), among others, and research supported by the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference (2012) and the Wharton WCAI (2013).
