I was also the the designated Hike Master, arranging monthly hikes in and around the Las Vegas area the first weekend of each month.

As the "Safety Champion," worked with our senior safety committee to reduce accidents by over 50% compared to the prior year. Through enhanced communication, incentives and a lot of encouragement, we were able to reduce our total OSHA reportable accidents by more than 63%.
