How can you use storytelling to showcase your independence in a resume?
The STAR method is great for answering questions in an interview but a solid framework for a resume should be Duties, Actions and Outcomes. Describe what your job duties are, what actions you take to get the job done, and how your work impacted the company. Hiring Managers and Recruiters not only what to know what you do/did but also how effective you are/were at your job.

How can you prepare for an interview in less than 24 hours?
"Tell me about yourself" is something you should be an expert at. Who knows you better than you? Everyone should have a well rehearsed 30 second-1 minute "elevator pitch" covering a brief career overview, specifically highlighting major achievements, what excites/motivates them, and the key skills/experience they possess that can impact any company. Review the job description and rehearse how you meet the each of the qualifications and have some examples in your back pocket. It helps to have a copy of your resume handy during the interview and some notes that you can easily refer to.

How do you handle visa and relocation issues for international hires?
I often work with visa and relocation candidates in my role at Siemens eMobility®. Communication throughout the process is absolutely necessary. Level set expectations, address the complexities, and provide a realistic timeline at the onset. Transparency and real-time updates are important. It makes sense to have written plan including communication touchpoints from the process inception through completion to ensure newly hired talent doesn't feel lost.
