As we wrap up this month, it's time for another video! Texas heat is here 🔥 , and so are our numbers! We're already halfway through the year, and here are some quick reminders.   1. Don’t sit in the background! Time kills all deals. From the get-go, be super responsive and maintain a sense of urgency.   2.  Understand the internal decision-making process. When selling a new deal, even to an existing customer, don't assume you know, always ask, "Who is paying for this? What does the internal decision-making process look like?"   3. Don’t rely solely on relationships. You have to sell value. Yes, people buy from those they trust and like, but you must prove value and show that your solution solves a business problem. At the end of the day, buyers need to show their internal stakeholders ROI, and liking alone won't cut it:-)   4.  Work hard for your customers. It’s a competitive differentiator. Customers want to work with reps who will take care of them and work diligently to help them solve business problems.   5. Advocate for your customers. You are the voice of your customers within your organization. Make sure their voice is heard.   6. If someone is asking for a steep discount, show them why you can't do that. Be human. No customer wants to be unfair. Honest, human conversations help build trust. #sales; #quota, #deals
