The first phase includes a 300,000-square-foot shingle manufacturing and rack warehouse storage building. I think off the back of this it will be interesting to see the change in supply of different materials over the next few years. Earlier this year we saw closer of the second-largest U.S. aluminum smelter in southeast Missouri as an example. Is this an effort to shift to implement more sustainable manufacturing processes?
