Many #nonprofit leaders continue to focus on digital transformations in 2024. Nonprofits often have dedicated employees who must innovate to execute their missions while dealing with tight operating budgets. Over the years, this has led to a wide variety of nonprofits underinvesting in technology. Consequently, many are operating using antiquated technology and inefficient processes. These nonprofit leaders know they must become more efficient. Their employees and volunteers need better tools to execute the mission. Creating financials in Excel takes too long and creates mistakes. Continuing to work with physical paperwork is a drag on performance. Employees focus on mostly administrative work instead of cultivating donors to support the cause. Some of the primary drivers for nonprofits to embark on a digital transformation journey are: -Streamlining processes -Enabling employees with the right tools -Leveraging donor data for insights -Digitizing paperwork -Meeting regulatory compliance Post-COVID, many nonprofits are modernizing through #ERP, donor management, and automation solutions. With these new solutions comes the ability to streamline processes for a better operating model.
