This week I had the pleasure and honor of sharing a rapid-fire discussion with the team over at GenHERation®, speaking to over 500 students at 14 schools across the US. Anyone who knows me, knows I'm passionate about early careers and up and coming talent. “Transcribing the notes afterward is time-consuming. “Plenty of our recruiters say they block a specific day each week.” It’s true. And during busier seasons it’s easier to get behind on drafting the write-ups. The conversation surrounding AI and recruiting seems initially to have focused on automation of the workflow of the process itself; this article presents an opportunity to leverage AI in recruiter efficiency, a top factor to consider as a recruiter.
