The American Psychological Association's latest Work in America report highlights a crucial link: psychologically safe workplaces may be key to AI adoption. I am deeply drawn to the idea of a highly functioning management team, much like a well-oiled machine where all parts move in harmony, free from unnecessary conflict or drama.
