Healthcare Provider Access & Scheduling Simplification In past posts of mine, and across the Healthcare Operations landscape, conversations about growth and market share for margin improvement, and patient centric self-service solutions have been important themes of what we at BDO are seeing and hearing in our clients plans for investing in solutions (especially Digital Transformation) to achieve their immediate and long term goals for patient satisfaction, growing top line revenue, and addressing ongoing labor shortages and labor expense pressures.
