    The Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP) was founded in 2016 as a 501(c)6 association. ATAP was designed to bring the profession together to:

    -Build a common body of knowledge and ethics for the talent acquisition profession
    -Establish global standards of talent acquisition performance measurements
    -Advocate and lobby for its members at the local and national levels
    -Network at local, national and global levels
    -Help establish new, local recruitment communities where they don’t currently exist
    -Create access to peer-reviewed resources, education and learning opportunities

    And we can’t do all of this without you. ATAP is open to all professionals who have talent acquisition responsibilities, including corporate, agency, staffing and RPO recruiters and leaders. Our membership is open to technology and product partners who provide solutions and tools that support talent acquisition strategy and execution.
