I'm curios, what other carriers can offer a zero cost share at ProMedica that are priced below the market, average 4% on thier renewals, offer $0 copay on primary care and specialty visits as well as mental health and telehealth, and ALL Rx including brand a specialty? Forcing a buyer through your capabilities presentation is a lazy and inconsiderate approach. Every resource in that presentation helps fix some problem (compliance, benefits administration, communication, HR resources, etc.) the buyer may or may not have. You'd never offer an insurance solution without asking questions to diagnose the insurance needs of the buyer. Bring the same logical approach to the other problems you can solve, and the buyer will find your additional solutions more compelling and valuable. This happens because they now know you aren't recommending them to benefit yourself; they understand you're recommending them to help them address a need.
