“From the first time I spoke with Jono in the hiring process, I knew he would be an incredible leader and mentor. Jono quickly saw my strengths and knew exactly how to lead me to success. His ability to confidently direct while also giving space for autonomy made for a healthy team dynamic. It's inspiring that he is continually striving to be better, even though his development and operations skills are unparalleled. He continues to be an invaluable mentor to me and I know he will propel any team he is a part of.”

You're designing a complex system. How do you maintain innovation while ensuring reliability?
The question we must ask is, if we don’t start with customer feedback, why start at all? The ultimate goal of any great business is to solve customer problems better than everyone else. If we fail to have built-in feedback loops, we fail to listen. If we fail to listen, we fail to succeed. If we fail to succeed, ... (sorry… I don’t have a good ending for that one.) 😂 ✌️

Well, this one is easy. The K.I.S.S. (Keep it simple, stupid) principle is monumental here. Until we validate what our consumer wants, there’s no need to build something massive, only to learn they hate it.
