I’m into simplicity so I’d summarize my perspective as follows: - Choose Your Metrics: Identify key success indicators like sales, sign-ups, or visitor duration. - Segment Your Audiences: Group visitors (new vs. regular) and analyze their behavior. - Form Your Hypotheses: Make educated guesses based on website data, like changing a page layout to improve engagement. - Run A/B Tests for Your Campaign(s): Test two versions of a variable to see which performs better. - Analyze the Results: Evaluate which version was more effective and why. - Repeat as Needed/Continually Improve: Use insights from tests for ongoing campaign optimization.

D2C brands are losing a significant amount of money by not segmenting their audiences and customer lists. One of the most magical things that can happen for your business is segmenting your list and figuring out what is the next logical thing for that segment to purchase and then start moving them toward that.
