    I was nominated in the category "Time Equals Money", selected from the whole group of businesses spanning 80 countries, more than 70,000 employees and a hundred different businesses.

As a price fighter Comviq needed lower sales cost to deliver the lowest prices…

    I was nominated in the category "Time Equals Money", selected from the whole group of businesses spanning 80 countries, more than 70,000 employees and a hundred different businesses.

    “In one of the world’s most competitive telecom markets Comviq needed to do something different to find new customers at a significantly lower cost. 70% of all sales are made in telco retailers with a very high acquisition cost. As a price fighter Comviq needed lower sales cost to deliver the lowest prices while maintaining strong profitability and still being able to drive strong growth in the Swedish market.

    With a minimum investment Jonas launched Comviq ToGo; a national sales channel that provides the best availability in the market at less than half the acquisition cost in the market; and 6 months was all it took from idea to execution.

    Instead of building out an own chain of shops or entering expensive retail Jonas co-operated with the largest kiosks (7-eleven) retailer to open Sweden's largest own store retailer presence. The Comviq ToGo in-store shops were also connected with Comviq’s online shop to develop the online sales experience with the fastest mobile phone online purchase experience possible (Instant pick up of phone).

    Jonas has proven that great results are achieved with fast and precise decision making, being paranoid and through perseverance. With its first national campaign during July and August more than 5.000 subscriptions were sold through ToGo, an amazing result beyond all expectations. Comviq has reclaimed the position as the fastest growing operator in the Swedish market by once again reinventing the way we sell to our customers.”
