What are the most innovative ways to measure coaching program ROI?
Pro Tip: Figure out what scorecard you will use. $? Customers? Net Profit? Biggest goals? Personal satisfaction? At that point, you can then measure ROI on coaching. Most clients like tracking financial metrics, and then comment at the end of the year that their sleep optimization, improved relationships with their family, or their 25 pound weight loss were the best results.

What are effective ways to identify the root cause of a motivational challenge?
Consider where the motivation originated. In particular: - Did the entire team or organization contribute to the idea or proposal? - Was the decision to proceed connected to the loudest voices in the room, or distributed across the team? - Were there multiple ideas considered, or one predominantly. When all voices are heard, teams can move forward with whatever path is ultimately chosen. Without all ideas solicited and valued, motivation falls away, as that becomes "someone else's program".

PARTNER WITH HORSES TO MAXIMIZE CLIENT IMPACT AND MINIMIZE PRACTITIONER BURNOUT FOR COACHES + WELLNESS PROVIDERS Experiential learning with horses accelerates transformation for the client. Horses are masterful teachers of awareness on all four levels- what's happening inside of me, what's happening inside of you, what's happening between us, and what's happening in the environment around us. When all senses are activated during an experience with a horse, new neural pathways are created, the learning is extra sticky and recall is easier when they enter new contexts to apply this learning. Also, the key to successfully partnering with horses is incredibly simple- all we must do is remember to focus on the horse! We look to the horse for guidance and clues as to what is going on. A trained horsewoman (not a trained horse) notices the nonverbal communication of the horse and gets curious about what the horse is reflecting or modeling for the client.
