“I worked with Joel for 7+ years at Intel and he has been a positive influencer and motivator in the team ( explains why he was the only person from our team working at different site, Intel-Folsom). His positive attitude got him into early engagement with MSFT on their internal technologies, which later were submitted to standard organizations. Joel was Intel's technical liaison with MSFT and ECMA for ratifying C#/CLI spec. He collaborated, with internal stakeholders at Intel, in developing reference implementation for CLI spec (which was later released to sourceforge.net)”
