Here's another example of Democrats creating an environment supporting election fraud, this time from Arizona -- Democrat Gov Hobbs pushes back on counties who refuse to certify votes due to fraud by threatening them with jail time or with throwing out their votes to allow state results to be certified! Here's the details from Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers: ********* REPOST: You may remember that last election that the Cochise County BOS refused to certify the results because they were shady and tainted. Katie Hobbs threatened them with jail if they didn't certify. So under that threat, they did. Now, those mafia-style tactics are over. THIS IS HUGE NEWS! George Behizy reports: BREAKING: A federal judge in Arizona just ruled that the Democrat Secretary of State can NOT certify the results of the 2024 election if any counties withhold certification due to fraud "Plaintiffs allege that the plain terms of the Canvass Provision require the Secretary to nullify a county’s votes if the county board of supervisors fails to timely canvass... Considering the above, the Court finds that Plaintiffs have plausibly alleged a severe burden on their right to vote. The right to vote is fundamental." - Judge Michael T. Liburdi In 2022, the Cochise County Board of Supervisors voted to stall certification so they could investigate the fraud that took place. Democrats threatened them with lawsuits, forcing them to certify under duress. Wanting to stop that from happening again in 2024, Corrupt Secretary of State Adrian Fontes added a new provision to the Election Procedure Manual, mandating the certification of statewide results by tossing out the votes from counties that withheld certification. The Rule: If the official canvass of any county has not been received by this deadline, the Secretary of State must proceed with the state canvass without including the votes of the missing county This ruling is a GAME CHANGER because it empowers counties to halt the certification process if fraud occurs in November. Bravo to Judge Liburdi. This is so big. It means they can't shove another fraud down our throats without investigation. No certification without integrity.

I’m reposting this via District Attorney Jeff Reisig. Background – a California mayor is giving a news interview which is interrupted. His security detail engages with the person and a struggle breaks out. I don’t do personal protection (though I have formally done executive protection training) but what immediately strikes me is the lack of unarmed skills of the security detail. Immediate observations: his hands weren't up, he was squared up as opposed to being bladed and once it went hands on, he had no grappling ability. He also had limited skills in creating or closing distance. Also, very poor verbal commands. I don’t like to criticize professionals publicly without knowing the background but a fit, athletic two or three stripe white belt in #BJJ would have shut this down pretty quickly. Six months to a year of training plus some boxing skills would have made a world of difference. This is not about having a gun, this is about going hands on. Our streets have become very dangerous. Women – you need to train; you are on your own - no one will come to save you. Men, you have a moral obligation to train, the world needs you. We don’t talk about this much but we are in a world where you have to be your own bodyguard. You are the executive protection detail for your family. Go train. #BJJ #boxing #executiveprotection

Have a diverse circle: Surround yourself with people you don’t always agree with. Being constantly surrounded by people who see the world the same way you do is intellectual suicide. Knowledge is about perspective....the more perspectives you have, the deeper your knowledge will be. Listen to everyone’s ideas even if they seem stupid or backward and try to understand where they are coming from and how they arrived at their conclusion. You don’t need to agree with their thoughts, but you should ALWAYS attempt to see the world through their eyes. The Military has many ‘Contingent Plans’ so that they will achieve the intended outcome. By looking at as many ways you are able, it proves out what you put into the planning. Often, you make changes on finding potential interruptions.

I posted this statement a few days ago on my other social media accounts. Leadership matters. Yesterday all of America dodged a bullet. Today we have a moment to give thanks and reflect. As an Afghanistan combat veteran, I understand very well what a bullet sounds like when it whizzes by your head. In moments of extreme threat like that, you get a rush of adrenaline. For some, it can lead to panic and poor decision making at exactly the moment when level-headed thinking is most critical to the shared mission. Clear thinking in moments of fear is the job of a leader. Today we need clear thinking. In the Army, you fight alongside fellow soldiers of all backgrounds and political persuasions. As soldiers, we understand how to disagree and still work together, without ever mistaking a fellow American for an enemy. Too often today in our politics we hear rhetoric that makes that mistake. We all get passionate about politics sometimes, and that is not a bad thing. But we need to recognize what is helpful and what is not. We hear our fellow Americans called disgusting, called traitors, called sick, called enemies of America. Even if there were no chance of those words ever stirring unstable people to violence, they would still be damaging to the America we all share. Leadership matters. We need leadership that recognizes that Americans can and will disagree sometimes, but are not each other’s enemies. Seeking to intensify anger and create conflict and widen divisions is not leadership, it is demagoguery. Today, northwest Georgia lacks leadership in Congress. As Marjorie Taylor Greene’s reaction to yesterday’s assassination attempt showed once again, she’s never seen a fire she didn’t want to throw gasoline on. But we can and will do better. For today, let us reflect on the bullet America just dodged, and give thanks for the opportunity to do better in the days and years to come. Let us reflect, and turn away from the abyss that the rhetoric of violence pulls us towards. And let us find the leadership we need to bring America through this moment and into a stronger and more prosperous future. May God Bless Donald Trump, may God bless Joe Biden, and may God grant us the wisdom always to recognize each other not as enemies, but as fellow Americans.

A quick BZ (Bravo Zulu, or "well done") to the veterans here on LinkedIn and across the world! I just had breakfast at Denny's restaurant (free Grand Slam breakfasts for veterans) filled with fellow vets. I sat next to an Air Force vet who worked with the survival gear of F-16 pilots. Though we were strangers and from different branches of the military (I'm a Navy vet who worked in Naval Aviation and recruiting), we were also brothers - adopted brothers, since I'm white and he's black, but brothers all the same - with shared "experiences". The bond between us was far stronger than what you'd find in any Ivy League alumnus group. To listen to us talk, you'd think we had grown up as next-door neighbors. Most people haven't served in the military and may have some preconceived notions about us. I'd like to provide the smallest snapshot of who we are. There are roughly 18M veterans in the U.S. today or 6% of the population. We come from all walks of life and every corner of America, and are arguably the largest and most diverse "organization" in the world. Many of us were given responsibilities as 20-year-olds that a civilian might not see in the corporate world until they had 20 years of experience. Quite literally, life and death decisions were commonplace to many of us, whether on the front lines of an infantry unit, certifying aircraft as being safe for flight, or tending to the nuclear reactors of a submarine. A common misconception is that we're "robots" trained to follow orders. Nothing could be further from the truth. Nothing. We're trained to think about the details of what we do and how that ties into a larger picture. In the Navy, I learned about Stephen Covey, Edward Deming, TQL/TQM, and how to manage a P&L, among many other "corporate" things. Through training, I received the equivalent of a BSEE, and was taught to lead people in dangerous situations most civilians couldn't even begin to comprehend. We make decisions while considering the legality and ethics of what we do and whether it supports our mission. Perhaps most importantly, we learn to function as a team. We work with limited resources and "adapt and overcome" when things get rough. We become jacks of all trades and masters of a few. If someone needs a hand, the word "no" isn't in our vocabulary. Yes, we train to defend the U.S. Constitution against its enemies and are incredibly effective at doing so. Despite what you may hear or read, there is no fighting force equivalent to the U.S. military. However, while we train to be protective and invincible, when we're not in a conflict we are helping the communities we visit. We live a life of service. We will help build a school or dig a well. We'll hand out candy to kids and strike up friendly conversations with those we meet. Today is Veteran's Day. Our oaths to protect and defend the Constitution, and you, never expire. Today and every day, take a moment to thank a vet for their continued service.
