How can you measure brand consistency more effectively?
All great ideas are offered here. Brand legends make me think of Nike's "Just Do It." Apple's free stickers, still displayed everywhere. And most recently, the YETI bumper sticker. What does it say, "I have no limits when I'm spending money on fun and drinking and outdoor sports? BTW, please admire my new Lighting f-150. Brand is a culture's associated narrative about a product or company. Some are curated, some happen on accident. Brand-by-design is the preferred path for a marketing organization.

What are the best ways to make your Digital Strategy more customer-centric?
Follow the data. Understand "intent" and click-paths. If you can afford personalization, you're halfway there. If you add ai-enhanced site search, you're unlocking even more insights. Personas are great for building a website, data begins the next step in their journey.

How can you use the PAS formula to write effective digital copy?
Formulas and patterns are great for getting started. Just like the STAR, PAS is a framework. I like the word agitation as it implies getting your audience a bit upset by the problem. Then with the "solution" you can swoop in and present the perfect path forward. Know formulas to get started with structure. Learn rules so you can break or enhance them as needed.

How can you optimize your content's tone and voice for audience engagement?
Tone and voice are hard to correct for. Writers either get it, or they don't. Much of the "voice" can be learned and matrixed out for new writers and new content contributors. Tone on the other hand is not an easily mimicable trait. Generative AI can try and capture tone and style, but the results often feel fake. While the GPTs of the world have done a lot to get us talking and regenerating, writing in a brand's voice, for example, is going to take a lot of human augmentation. Might as well have a copywriter get up to speed on the tone and voice and leave the regeneration and ideation to the LLMs. They create more of a "mock tone" than an authentic voice.

CR8V.AI The creative response to generative ai.
Press of Light and Space
Let's RE: THINK AI. If you are a creative artist you probably make most of your money doing other things, besides your art. Certainly, if you are a poet, you are doing it for the thrill of calling yourself a poet, right? I would guess poetry sales are about as trendy as vintage software manuals. Creatives Are Losing the Digital Transformation. Here are some ideas to fight back, harness ai, and expand your own human creativity.

Letters to a Young Artist in the Digital Age
The Press of Light and Space
Letters to a Young Artist in the Digital Age has the same intent as Rilke's Letters to a Young Poet: to bring a new perspective of the creative life. Creativity is a path and not a destination. Few of us will become Steven King, George R. R. Martin, or J. K. Rowling. For those of us still on the path towards recognition and financial success, there are many discouragements and barriers. It can be a struggle to keep your creative spirit healthy and energetic.

Twitter is the flash-point for so many of the changes in social media, online interactions, and even business development online. Our writing ideas and focus about social media are constantly being challenged by new developments and apps. Twitter is a foundation app, get to know it and you will get to know yourself.
