For me, attending a trade show feels like prepping for a big game—it’s all about what you do before, during and after. Before the Show: Which companies are attending? What booths should I visit? Who can I connect with to bring value to both sides? During the Show: It’s game time! I focus on real conversations (not just swapping business cards) and figure out how I can solve someone's #telecom challenges. After the Show: I follow up with personalized calls and emails to show the conversation was real, not just small talk.
