The Economics of Change: Catalyzing the Investment Shift Toward a Restorative Built Environment

The paper describes a collaborative research project which seeks to redefine the economic models that drive investment into our built environments. By demonstrating the increased profitability of deep green buildings and infrastructure through proper recognition and value capture of environmental social benefits, we may unlock a macro-scale investment shift toward restorative building paradigms.
