Your physician should be involved, ideally guiding a dietician or nutritionist as well as a coach or trainer to advise and actively take the individual through a regular aerobic exercise program, and possibly sports. Get with likeminded people for constant peer support and group motivation. There are no easy fixes: the new weight loss drugs described in Long Life Strategy won’t be as effective long term if used in a vacuum.
