What do you do if your team is struggling with change and uncertainty?
The best way to combat the anxiety and fear that comes with change is to double down on performing and showcasing your talent & skill. Change drives uncertainty, which leads to distracted, second-guessing. Leading by example with a steady, even tempered, professional attitude will set the right tone for the team to follow. Individuals want security and reassurance. Keeping the focus on performance instead of speculation is key to calming a team and driving results in the face of a changing landscape.

Those initiatives were greatly accelerated through the past few years as we all got used to living more online.
In answering the PYMNTS question “What is a bank,” part of a series of interviews, White said: “What’s happened now is that everyone expects a personalized and seamless experience.”
Banking clients want their money and their account data quickly, accessible across any device — and even to pay mortgages and home loans, which are complex transactions, she said. Against that backdrop, banks have had to re-examine their go-to-market strategies. -
The Type of Bank You Choose Matters
USA Today
Jacqueline White, the President of i2c Inc., says because of the different communities they serve, the type of bank you choose matters.
“National banks have a widespread presence, operating across the country with a comprehensive network of branches and ATMs,” White said. “Local community banks concentrate on meeting the needs of local communities [and] having a deep understanding of local market conditions.” -

Women Are More Likely to Be Laid Off Than Promoted in Tech — Here's How We Can Change the Status Quo
Entrepreneur Magazine
In the face of a tech industry where women are more likely to be laid off than be promoted to leadership positions, it's time to hack the system and reboot the gender balance for good to turbocharge innovation and propel the industry.

How Women Succeed in Tech
i2c Inc.
White advises executives who are women to carefully select a partner who will fully support their career and aspirations.
“Also, you need to become comfortable with ‘sequential priorities,’” White said. “Sometimes work is the priority, and sometimes family is the priority. All the other times, you have to find work/life harmony — which does not imply equal time for both, but finding a way to make both work so that everyone involved is happy. It is rarely easy to advance in your career…White advises executives who are women to carefully select a partner who will fully support their career and aspirations.

All the other times, you have to find work/life harmony — which does not imply equal time for both, but finding a way to make both work so that everyone involved is happy. It is rarely easy to advance in your career and keep things on track at home.”
White encourages women to have a deep understanding of their strengths and be open to continuous improvement. She emphasizes the importance of asking questions without fear. Finally, she believes that finding balance is crucial. White urges women to be confident yet humble, prioritize their family while giving their best effort and value integrity over ego in order to learn from their mistakes. -
Travel Spending May Get a Bounce Into the Holidays With BNPL and Rewards
Payments TV
Jacqueline White, president at i2c, and Ray Chalub, COO of Inter & Co., told PYMNTS that the travel boom seen in the months since Memorial Day has momentum, and there are some significant shifts in how consumers plan to pay, and are paying, for it all.
We’ve been wielding the cards in full force, to be sure, but many consumers have been re-focusing on other payment methods, too, especially as inflation continues to be an everyday concern.

We’ve been wielding the cards in full force, to be sure, but many consumers have been re-focusing on other payment methods, too, especially as inflation continues to be an everyday concern.
Buy now, pay later (BNPL) options, said Chalub and White, can help consumers book, and pay for, the trips they want (and sometimes need) to take, while spending the cash they have on hand. There’s a positive impact once they land and check in, too, as many merchants and service providers are also offering the ability for consumers to pay for goods, meals and tours over time. -

The Women Tech Council (WTC) named and honored the recipients the Women Tech Awards in October 2018. Now in their 11th year, the awards recognize women throughout the technology sector who are trailblazing new paths, founding and leading tech companies, and building innovative technologies, tools and experiences. This year’s program honored 20 women, including 17 finalists, seven award recipients and three university students.
“By highlighting and promoting top talent in technology, these awards amplify the impact of women across the technology industry and accelerate the growth of the entire sector,” said Cydni Tetro, president and co-founder of WTC. “This platform also brings together the technology community to build dialogue and spur meaningful action towards creating solutions to increase the number of women in tech.”
Award recipients were selected for their impact on the technology industry and economy, as well as their contributions to the community. -

We are both watchdogs and activists and our goal is to oppose unlawful and/or unethical proceedings and to promote positive change. In our role as watchdogs, we will ask ourselves two questions when considering an issue: 1) Is it legal? and 2) Is it ethical? If the answer is no to one or both questions, then we will work to oppose that issue. Members of this group honor the rule of law and are absolutely committed to civility and respectful discourse and conduct. We pledge to uphold all the core principles of peacemaking. We will not engage in name-calling, vitriol, or hate speech of any kind. We will seek to understand all sides of every issue before taking action.
