What to expect from the Pathwise Leadership Leader program? The Pathwise Leader Program is a year-long immersive study in graduate-level psychology that enhances leaders' self-awareness, improves their understanding of psychological dynamics, and elevates cognitive capabilities. Getting started: ▪️Candidates for the Leader program participate in an enrollment interview. ▪️After the interview, candidates are placed in a cohort of 8-12 participants who come from a range of positions within diverse companies. ▪️Each cohort meets monthly for 3-hour-long sessions. ▪️Between sessions, participants are encouraged to practice and experiment with the concepts they’ve learned as a group.
