CHS Inc.
Ventura Foods is a California-based joint venture between CHS and Mitsui & Co. that produces oil-based ingredients and food products for the foodservice industry. Co-owning Ventura Foods directly connects CHS farmer-owners to the food supply chain, says Todd Biedenfeld, director of vegetable oil and sunflower sales with CHS. “CHS has had incredible returns from our soy and canola processing businesses over the last few years and Ventura Foods is a large contributor to that success,” he says. “Rewards to owners traditionally end when we ship out the refined oil and meal from our facilities. Owning 50% of Ventura Foods allows CHS to participate more completely in the supply chain and when Ventura Foods is profitable, we share in that success.” Learn more about Ventura Foods and how it is driving oilseed demand: https://bit.ly/3Uzm1H8.

Dairy biomethane digester study for central California concludes: “These results indicate that EJ concerns are not a dominant factor when deciding whether to adopt biogas electricity production in central California. Conclusion - Dairy waste emissions in the SJV make minor contributions to regional O3 and PM2.5 concentrations.” Capturing methane emissions is good for local communities by improving air quality and reducing climate impacts while creating significant investment and job creation in lower income areas.

🌍 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟.𝐜𝐨𝐦 – 𝐀𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 We're casting a wide net in the marketing of Beef.com—reaching out to the largest beef-producing nations, leading cattlemen’s associations, and the industry’s top distribution channels, which control 85% of beef sales. One group we’re especially targeting? The fast food industry. 🍔 When consumers think fast food, health concerns often come to mind—questions around diet, beef quality, farm practices, antibiotics, hormones, environmental impact, and sustainability. Now imagine Beef.com as a powerful platform that redefines this perception by showcasing your brand's commitment to high-quality beef, sustainable sourcing, and nutritional transparency. 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟.𝐜𝐨𝐦, 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝-𝐨𝐧, 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭. 📈✨ Fast food brands have made strides in recent years, introducing new sourcing guidelines and offering antibiotic-free options. However, consumer concerns persist, and Beef.com can help take a leadership role in changing the narrative around fast food. For a brand ready to own its commitment to quality, transparency, and sustainability, Beef.com is the ultimate digital platform to communicate that story and capture market share. 🌱 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐬 “𝐮𝐧𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲” 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝’𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭, 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐝𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟.𝐜𝐨𝐦. As the cannabis industry matures, we are starting to get reliable data. This can help make decisions based on real sales figures and not predictions. 10 years ago, there was only one state with adult use sales (#colorado) and a handful of states with medical seals. Now there is 24 sates with adult use sales and an additional 15 states with medical seals. At the moment #california leads with total seals but #michigan leads with per capita seals. #florida leads in medical seals. #missouri with a relatively small population and only 17 months since they launched their adult-use market, is already in fifth place. Thank you Debra Borchardt from Green Market Report for the financial update. #cannabisindustry #cannabiscommunity #cannabisnews #cannabiseducation #cannabispolicy #cannbislaw https://lnkd.in/gc96gcCh

By aligning commercial real estate investments with evolving consumer preferences, investors can maximize the value and performance of their properties. Full insights available at forbes.com

As shared in an article by Dairy Council of California, dairy foods are rich in nutrients that work together to support overall health. 🥛 When high-quality foods are eaten together, their nutritional benefits are enhanced. This concept, known as food synergy, demonstrates that whole foods (and combinations of foods eaten together) are greater than the sum of their parts, which is why whole foods like milk and yogurt are important!
