How can you conquer nerves during a leadership interview?
A great way to identify your strengths is to take an assessment, and then articulate during the interview exactly what those strengths are. Gallup's "Strengthfinders" assessment is a perfect way to identify your strengths. If you purchase the book, there is a code that will allow you to take the assessment for free. Knowing your strengths builds confidence.

Remember to be confident in who you were created to be. Remember your purpose, and know that what is for you, is for you! Manifest positive vibes. If this is a virtual interview, light a candle or put on an essential oil diffuser. Whatever will be will be. Know that you were created for greatness. Be yourself!

How can you conquer nerves during a leadership interview?
One thing I've found to be helpful is to "smile." Smiling is contagious and will help the interviewers to view you as approachable and friendly. It also will cause others to smile. Smiling also lightens the atmosphere, and eases your nerves. Try it!
