    Working closely with Analyst to help existing clients to internationalize quickly with little resources in the following areas. These are some of the questions my clients ask:

    Product:
    - Product Launch – We have a new analytics product coming out in 2 months so we like to get analyst critique for it goes out. Secondly we want some assistance on which markets to launch it and how?
    - Driving product innovation/portfolio strategy. Do we change a products for Latin…

    Product:
    - Product Launch – We have a new analytics product coming out in 2 months so we like to get analyst critique for it goes out. Secondly we want some assistance on which markets to launch it and how?
    - Driving product innovation/portfolio strategy. Do we change a products for Latin America?

    Marketing:
    - Building awareness/brand strategy – We are not known in Lat Am and Asia Pac and have a £50k marketing budget. We need assistance in order on how to make the most of it
    - Positioning and messaging – All our marketing materials and campaigns need to be validated and make sure we are using the terms.
    - Conducting competitive analysis – How do we compare to the competition? What should we look like in 3 years time? How should we differentiate ourselves?

    Sales:
    - Identifying new market opportunities. We believe Lat Am is a good market for us, can I validate that?
    - Market validation – Need to validate Lat Am
    - Go to market planning – What is best route to market in Lat Am? We think possible acquisition and partners?
    o Implementing a partnering strategy/identifying new channels. Looking for partner in Lat Am, who is out there?
    o Exploring merger & acquisition – Looking to acquire a BI vendor in Lat Am, who is out there? We also looking to merge with a customer experience/analytics company so we can provide a stronger product offering – time line in 2 years. Who can potentially buy us?, How to be more atractive to IBM, Siemens, Google, etc...
    - Lead generation – Need to generate leads in Lat Am and Asia Pac. Possibly purchase a Gartner newsletter or webcast
    - Increase sales win rates – Why are losing 60% of business to our competition? Why do consumers favour our competitors?
