There is a trifecta of BS that prevents a lot of innovation in the RMG space: 1. Marketing and traffic vendors who have gone through the regulation and licensing process own the market because... 2. Anyone who wants to come into the space has to spend months jumping through hoops with no promise of incremental value to THEIR revenue stream, and... 3. If you’re buying CTV at a cheap CPM, you’re going to run out of quality inventory at this stage of the election. You simply won’t be bidding enough to stay competitive in a late money marketplace. That’s why our dynamic pricing structure adjusts based on election timing and market competitiveness. As we get closer to Election Day, we need to spend more to win high quality placements and cut through the noise. A recent study we conducted at DSPolitical concluded higher CPMs and lower frequency was more likely to persuade voters than lower CMPs and higher frequency. Cheap inventory simply doesn’t deliver results. You get what you pay for.
