What do you do if your employees are disengaged and facing barriers?
Disengaged employees are the result of management not identifying the personal and direct value of each person. Recognize and verbalize their importance and the difference they make to your company. If they remain disengaged, they are in the wrong job. The 7 steps listed here are fine procedural moves and without a personal connection, those steps will need to be constant and consistent.

How can you maintain a positive attitude while making difficult decisions in case management?
Although not structured as Case managers, in our work, difficult decisions are faced daily and often multiple times a day. We find the knowledge that without us participating in or completely making decisions, our Client's lives would be less secure, filled with far more anxiety, and often would result in significant harm. Care Management encompasses all aspect of care needs.
