How in the world can anyone support the New American Fascist Party, formerly known as the GOP? They continuously thumb their noses at the American people, rules, ethics, laws and yet their constituents continue to send them back to office to wreak havoc on the nation. People like Gym Jordan, Gaetz and Rubio (just to mention a few) are complete empty suits that do nothing for their constituents in way of legislation. They merely inflict chaos, dysfunction and advance Trump's fascist agenda...meanwhile, the Democrats pass legislation that create jobs, opportunities and programs to advance democracy, strengthen the economy, protect our veterans, protect the environment (at least try to) and value education...remember this in the mid-terms...organize, mobilize and resist the Trump fascist movement.

There is another disturbing turn in the Democrat effort to delegitimize the Supreme Court. The lead editorial in the WSJ reports leaks coming from within the court itself of private conversations among the justices concerning hot button cases involving Donald Trump. It has been unheard of for there to be leaks of internal debates among the justices. We know that conflicts over judicial philosophy exist, and it is assumed that there are sometimes heated disagreements. But, the Justices have not aired their dirty laundry before in public. The WSJ suggests that unlike the leak of the Alito draft of the Dobbs decision, which most likely came from a clerk. It seems likely that the current leaks are coming directly from one of the Justices themselves. The likely culprit, according to the editorial, is Justice Sonia Sotomayor who has been on the losing side of several of the recent 6-3 rulings in cases where Trump has benefited. Her dissents in those cases were particularly vitriolic. But, while the press and the Democrats no doubt will welcome any controversy stemming from leaks at the court which help the cause of "reforming" the court. The editorial points out that this kind of embarrassing leaking which implies that "politics" rather than Constitutional arguments are at play in these decisions are a betrayal of confidence which might affect needed trust among the Justices in reaching decisions. That is, trying to stir political pressure on the court in the cause of reducing political considerations by Justices only makes it less likely that politics will be absent. Democrats have been militating ethics reforms designed to reduce the independence of the Court and bring it under outside control. A clear violation of the separation of powers. The methodology being used to bring this about is the constant attacks on the ethics of the conservatives on the court. Much of which is just so much smoke. But, the fact that within the Court itself there is now an ally for this kind of personal destruction is most worrying according to the WSJ. The media may ignore the larger issues here, as they usually do in favor of playing up the internal controversies and the Democrat smears. But, the WSJ warns such activities both inside and outside the Court designed to destroy its legitimacy under the guise of trying to save it, places us "at a dangerous juncture in American constitutional history."

As the MAGAts mocked Paul Pelosi for being attacked in his home with insane accusations, the Democratic party condemned the attack on Trump. Decency over dishonor and disgrace. After a school shooting Trump infamously stated "We have to get over it." I will always choose Democracy over fascism. I will always choose the rule of law over lawlessness. I will always choose the Constitution over Project 2025, or Agenda 47. I will always choose decency over hatred. I will always choose facts over lies and misinformation. I will always choose science over superstition. I will always choose sanity and decorum over lunacy and dysfunction...in a nutshell, I will ALWAYS choose a Democratic candidate over a Republican, every time! VOTE BLUE!

BUT MD & other States’ legislatures have passed Resolutions calling on President Biden to PUBLISH THE ERA without delay, which is the federal Equal Rights Amendment and which Biden has been holding HOSTAGE for pro-choice votes & lying to America by falsely saying Congress needs to remove the 7 year UNCONSTITUTIONAL & therefore VOID AB INITIO (from the beginning) “deadline” when actually CONGRESS LOST its power to do anything of substance back in 1973 when it voted by >90% to send the ERA to the States for ratification! So, the Archivist BY LAW had a DUTY to publish the ERA immediately after certifying all the ratifications, which was done immediately by the Archivist; HOWEVER, Trump & Atty Gen Bill Barr BLOCKED IT ILLEGALLY bc the purported 7 year “deadline” for the time [in the preamble “Resolving Clause” language only] the STATES could take to ratify THE ERA, but the Constitution, Article V, provides that Congress only has the right to PROPOSE amendments, so all time limits, and all other provisions for any amendment MUST BE IN THE ACTUAL PROPOSED TEXT OF THE AMENDMENT (& that 7 yr “deadline” was NOT in the TEXT of the ERA) — so that 7 yr “deadline” is UNCONSTITUTIONAL UNDER Article V & also, under the 10th Amendment, bc of that Article V requirement, bc it was left to the states’ decisions/powers to decide for themselves when or if to ratify the ERA since there was no time limit on ratification in the proposed text! & the last 3 necessary states figured out they still had that power & did so, NV in 2017, IL in 2018 & the 38th state VA on 1/27/2020! DONALD TRUMP USA Was mistreated by the justice system.An average person of the world is mistreated daily suffers in silence and die without justice and dignity.Modern world has not improved delivering justice to ordinary people.Most lawyers are the deadliest disease and only looking for money at all time not justice for the client.I live in Canada from 1975 and was born in India,educated in India and renounced western universities, I have travelled litany of times around the world.On the basis of my over 60 years of travel experience, I have witnessed injustice around the world, world has not improved the judiciary. The future president of USA Donald Trump is skilled to make USA a just country by abolishing unjust laws of the colonial period. India and Canada are neocolonialist irreparably harming the law abiding citizens by applying unjust law. The courts are not affordable in India and Canada by the common people.Canada 80% litigants are self represented and mistreated by the judges, India 95% lawyers are fake sucking the blood of the public.USA Judiciary targeted and mistreated Donald Trump.The Elite Cabal of USA attempted to put Donald Trump in jail, Similarly the each country of the world has Elite Cabal, mistreating the average citizen.

Republicans won’t want to hear this but it needs to be said: Forget about Joe Biden’s age. It’s a line of attack that his potential replacement could easily neutralize. Sure, it’s a problem. And a glaringly obvious one. But he has much bigger problems. I dive into them in my latest for USA TODAY. I had the honor and privilege of visiting the American Cemetery at Omaha Beach in Normandy a few days ago. The final resting place for nearly 10,000 American soldiers who were killed on the beaches on D-Day and then in the campaign for Normandy serves as a powerful reminder that many have died fighting fascism, and protecting the ideals of democracy and freedom, not just here but throughout Europe and the Pacific in World War II. I was surprised at how profoundly it affected me, and the rage I felt at American politics as MAGA-fueled neo-fascism and corruption are accepted by so many American citizens. Are we really that ignorant, complacent, and spoiled that we think Trump is an acceptable alternative? That this depraved, delusional con-artist stands for American values in any way, shape, or form? The man who idolizes dictators like Viktor Orban and Vladimir Putin, and sneers at anyone who isn’t born with money? This wretched misogynist who treats women like garbage? A man who flies in a self-labeled 737 but doesn’t pay the same taxes ordinary citizens must? An isolationist fool who is laughed at and ridiculed by the leaders of civilized nations? This is who we think should rule the free world? Neo-fascism is real folks, and we need not wonder any longer how naziism gained power in Germany. If you think Trump is acceptable, don’t call yourself a patriot, because you are quite the opposite. Remember, the rights you take from others are the rights you lose yourself. Perhaps we have lost our sense of shared purpose, of our commonality as humans. Perhaps we simply are ignorant of our history, of the origin of our Constitution through the thoughts and writings of Jefferson, Madison, Adams, Hamilton, Washington, and Monroe. What we don’t know can destroy us. It would be a disgrace if the memory of these valiant men and women was dragged through the muck by our own votes. I’m not a big Biden fan, but I know evil when I see it, and I have studied and understand history. Don’t trust the pundits. Grab a book and figure this out.

When a U.S. Marshall is killed in the line of duty, every one of us is somehow less: who we are-- and what we believe to be right. When three are killed in a single encounter with a felon who has eluded other agencies, it is an even more profound a tragedy. The loss of respect for law enforcement is not new, but it is impacting morale and recruitment in a devastating manner. We need every candidate for every elected office to speak out and tell us what they will do- not merely feel-- about the need to support the women and men of law enforcement. The U.S. Marshals deal with the worst of the worst. They need us. And we need them.

While President Biden continues his American Rescue Plan, a plan that creates long lasting, good paying jobs for the American people, and ending our reliance on products made overseas; Trump is being held accountable for a lifetime of criminal enterprises. President Biden works feverishly for the American people, ALL American people...Trump does the bidding of Putin, world dictators, extremists in the GOP bent on destroying Democracy, and making the morbidly wealthy more ill-gotten gains on the backs of the American people...the choice is clear...VOTE BLUE to continue to rescue the country from the first Trump regime, VOTE BLUE to continue the economic growth for ALL Americans, VOTE BLUE to prevent the collapse of American Democracy and VOTE BLUE to protect women's reproductive rights!

The hypocrisy of the left knows no bounds. Today there is an article in the WSJ indicating that Nassau County in New York has banned the wearing of face masks. The bill which was signed into law forbids people from wearing masks in public to conceal their identities. The purpose of the law is to make it impossible for criminals or violent protesters to hide their identities. Exceptions to the law are made for those with medical conditions or religious reasons. The New York Civil Liberties Union is against the ban, saying "protesters should have the right to speak out about controversial topics anonymously by wearing a mask. I would point out that "cancel culture" as carried out by the left depends on doxing people. It is based on intimidation and threats to boycott, cause to be fired, or cause to be ostracized anyone who the left believes supports causes that oppose them. But, now suddenly those who wish to out others for their political views want to protect protesters who block traffic, carry antisemitic signs, engage in occupy movements, or make anti-American statements. I am not impressed. Ordinarily, I am a libertarian on the subject of political viewpoints. I feel everyone has a right to express their political views without fear of intimidation or punishment. Hence, I do not support or engage in cancel culture. I also do not hide my identity. I think what we need to do in this country is get back to a place where protests are respectful and actually peaceful. Where peaceful means in accordance with the law and does not include destruction of property or the disrespect for other people's rights. If that were the case, then no one should have anything to fear from being a protester or being identified.

From what I have seen of the Stephanopoulos interview, it reinforces the emerging view that Joe Biden no longer is fit to serve but, while he is the most immediate long term casualty, in my view is not the Democrat party--they will bounce back and may even still be competitive for this election because of Trump's negatives--but the blue-bubble bicoastal, elite media that I have criticized so often. They have lost such credibility that they have lost all believability by their audiences. It will take years, if ever, and a major turnover of personnel for them to recover. Conservative media, which have been resented and dismissed by the elite media ever since Fox News entered the fray in 1996, is leading the way in exposing all manner of elite media episodes of covering up Biden's decline, some going back as far as his years as vice president. I long have criticized elite media for its biased coverage and have been periodically attacked for being a MAGA hack, when any examination of my critiques would demonstrate that my media criticism has nothing to do with support for Trump. It has to do with the absence of objectivity expected by its audiences. I do not believe that the elite actions over the years and even now are coordinated beyond the reality that they all read, watch and listen to each other, but they all do go back to the Rutenberg Doctrine, which was unveiled by New York Time columnist Jim Rutenberg, who, in fear of the rise of Donald Trump and Trumpism, wrote that the media had the moral obligation to suspend the traditional rules of objective journalism to do whatever was necessary to stop Trump, a position clearly adopted by the paper, with others quickly following suit. It is this same doctrine that has led to the rise of "lawfare," the use of the justice system to reach political ends, namely, in this case, to stop Trump from regaining office. I was aghast that the vaunted New York Times would publish such an opinion piece when I first read it and continued to be dismayed ever since, particularly when the newsroom revolted over an op-ed piece by Sen. Tom Cotton that cost an editor his job. The double standard was on display for all to see. The credibility of the Times and its allies have spiraled downwards from that time, and I do not believe they can recover without radical change. If those of you who suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome and persist on tossing a jab at me on this page because you consider my opinion makes me a Trump MAGA supporter, have at it. I will continue to call it as I see it, and it ain't pretty, Read it for yourself if you are not barred by the New York Times paywall. I am, because their coverage is so suspect that I cannot bear to pay for it.
