How do you balance work and life as an entrepreneur?
I find that maintaining my exercise routine at all costs is the best way to manage my stress. I don't let anything interfere with my workouts, running, etc... That is MY time and any time I have let work take that time from me, my stress increases. Even in the most stressful times, I have been able to use my exercise time to clear my head, think and re-energize for the day.

How do you keep learning and growing as a leader?
As a 3-time founder, there has been no other learning mechanism that I have found that even compares to learning from other founders. 10 years ago I found Entrepreneurs' Organization and for founders that truly accept that they do not know everything and want to learn from others, there is simply no comparison. This organization changed the way I do everything from hire to manage and enabled a level of both personal and business growth in me that I never knew was possible.
