Since the rise of ‘lean’ in the mid-1980s, many CI leaders have faced challenges in guiding their organizations through the complex topic of standards. To help clarify these concepts, Oscar Roche and I will be hosting a joint webinar on Wednesday, August 21st with Lean Frontiers, Inc. Our goal is to shed light on ‘Standards,’ including ‘Standard Work’ and ‘Standardized Work.’ 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁?
