    I joined a group to volunteer through the AMA - Portland Chapter. Our group consisted of four professionals with a background in marketing, design, website management, and project management. Over the six months we worked together, we helped a local non-profit, the Disability Arts and Culture Project (DACP). The mission of the DACP is to further the artistic expression of people with both apparent and non-apparent disabilities.

The mission of the DACP is to further the artistic expression of people with both apparent and non-apparent disabilities.

    We developed a logo, brand guidelines, and re-launched their website using an updated Wordpress theme. Our team also worked with DACP staff to discuss their current marketing efforts and how these processes can be improved. I performed keyword research to guide future SEO efforts, managed the website launch, and provided general marketing consultations as needed.

    The out of home (OOH) advertising industry, led by the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA), launched a new campaign designed to prove the unique strengths and marketing effectiveness of OOH. The “Feel the Real” campaign, created by agency of record PNYC, champions OOH as a real medium that reaches real people to drive significant digital engagement, while challenging the media industry to ask a critical question: How real is digital?
