    I founded and led a student-run club that strives to: work with the school to offer more gluten-free options in the Staples High School cafeteria; and spread awareness of gluten intolerances and sensitivities within the school community and the community-at-large for those with celiac disease and gluten sensitivities, or a gluten-free diet by choice. Gluten-free bread, muffin and cookies are now offered in the middle and high schools in the district with further options being considered thanks…
