I finally got around to reading it and found so many useful tips on habit stacking and making habits enduring. It's really complementing my current read, #Grit by Angela Duckworth. Speaking of which, her TED Talk on the power of passion and perseverance is a must-watch! 📈 Feeling stuck in your career? Then #HiddenPotential by Adam Grant is the book for you. It describes how we should think about where we have come from as well as where we are at. Our journeys are all unique and some have been more exposed to setbacks and challenges to be addressed. It prompted me to draw a timeline of my career to this point and reflect on my own journey much more. Too often we focus on the destination rather than embracing the present and understanding how we got here. 📖 These books really complement each other, which is an added bonus. #readingrecommendations #professionaldevelopment
