What I love most is how it cuts down on wordiness. You get straight to the point with just the right analogy. Here’s one of my latest copy where I used this technique. What does setting financial goals with God mean? For women with a strong faith, financial goal setting goes beyond simple budgeting and planning. It becomes an act of stewardship, aligning your financial resources with your spiritual values and God's purpose for your life. Which are some things I'll address in my workshop 💸 Here's how this might translate into concrete steps: 💎 Gratitude and Responsibility: Begin by acknowledging that all you have is a gift from God. This fosters a sense of gratitude and responsibility to manage these resources wisely. 💎 Biblical Principles: Utilize financial principles found in scripture. The Bible emphasizes avoiding excessive debt (Proverbs 22:7), living within your means (Proverbs 13:23), and generosity (Proverbs 3:9). 💎 Needs vs. Wants: Distinguish between needs and wants. Focus on setting goals that fulfill basic necessities and goals that support your faith journey or allow you to help others (Proverbs 21:20). 💎 Goal Alignment: Align your financial goals with your faith-based values. Are you saving to buy a house, start a business, or give more to the poor? 💎 Planning and Discernment: Utilize financial planning tools and strategies, but also seek guidance through prayer and discernment. Trust that God will reveal His will for your finances as you make responsible decisions. Remember❗❗ ❤️ Openness to Change: Financial goals set with a faith-based perspective may require adjustments as God reveals His plan. Be open to adapting your goals as your understanding grows. ❤️ Balance and Contentment: While striving for financial security is important, prioritize spiritual fulfillment and avoid idolizing wealth accumulation (Proverbs 23:4-5). Admission: I’ve done it myself with prior jobs.   And everyone reading this who’s experienced this, knows it ends with headaches and stress.    I was just speaking with an advisor that moved a few years ago and he’s already looking to move again.
