What are some effective ways to use persuasion to promote racial justice?
Promoting racial justice requires a collective effort from individuals, communities, institutions, and policymakers. By taking action to educate ourselves, advocate for change, build inclusive communities, and address systemic inequalities, we can work together to create a more just and equitable society for all. Education and Awareness: Promote Anti-Racism Education: Implement anti-racism education programs in schools, workplaces, and communities to raise awareness about the history of racism, privilege, and systemic inequalities. Encourage Critical Thinking: Foster critical thinking skills and encourage individuals to examine their own biases, privilege, and contributions to systemic racism.

How can you avoid common mistakes when reporting on the Black Lives Matter movement?
It's one thing to say black lives matter in words. We must understand that abuse of black people by the police didn't start with Trayvon Martin, it's been going on for decades, his death shed new light on it. Understanding that all lives matter but all people don't get the same treatment or justice based on skin color. If you really want to understand Black Lives Matter do a roll reversal using George Floyd and determine how you would feel if this were your family member.

What are the most common microaggressions and how can you avoid them?
As a black woman I chose to wear my natural hair because of the damage chemical relaxers cause and now they have been linked to certain cancers. I have people certain people say why don’t you just wear your hair the regular way when this in fact is the regular way for many black women. I find this very offensive.
