What techniques can you use to build energy and momentum in a large group?
Of course using different learning methods, games, role plays, group discussions, etc. will always work to build energy and momentum in any group session or workshop. But I think the MOST important thing is for you as the facilitator to demonstrate energy, passion and interest in your topic, because your participants draw energy from you and from each other. If you lack energy and interest in your own topic, there is no way your participants will be interested and energized about the topic! People should be able to hear and see your passion about your topic.
