Experience and expertise are invaluable assets. Offer expert guidance, propose creative solutions, mitigate risks, and reassure the client that your expertise will be leveraged to navigate the change successfully. Maintain frequent check-ins and deliver working increments iteratively for faster feedback and adjustments based on evolving needs.
