Washington, Indiana, and New Jersey experienced significant growth in openings. 🔹 Hiring Dynamics: Hiring rates rose in North Dakota, Michigan, and New York, but dropped in Louisiana. How govt. today moves goal posts to avoid looking bad (Think schools for grades and just about any other key data point).  The U.S. Army lowered its recruiting goals for fiscal year 2024 after falling short of its target by about 10,000 recruits in 2023. Rather than setting the goal what it needs to make up for the shortfall and build a plan to accomplish that mission, the Army adjusted its goal from 65,000 recruits in 2023 to 55,000 for 2024 - cementing the shortfall as the new norm.
