    Developed cloud infrastructure required to host and develop a complete, cloud-based security product called Asystguard. Over-see Asystguard servers, monitor performance, resolve help desk tickets, create and audit daily, weekly and monthly reports. Monitor the cloud infrastructure, SaaS and help desk inquiries. Work with engineering and development to quickly patch and resolve any issues, performance problems or other tasks.

    Traveled to Taiwan in the month of October 2015 for hands on training with Iron Yun's cloud storage product, Ironage. Met with engineering and trained in detail over all parts of Ironage cloud storage solution including infrastructure requirements, installation, customization, configuration, monitoring, reports and end to end management of the cloud solution.

  • Washington Mutual Conversions: JP Morgan Chase

    Technical Operations Analysis consisting of the supervision, documentation and first line of contact for on-site technicians working the hardware conversion project. In charge of four banks and sixteen employees, ensuring smooth transition to Chase banking systems. Remotely imaged and configured printers, laptops, teller stations, servers and network hardware.
