Activities and Societies: Completed thirteen graduate-level classes at LSU-Baton Rouge for twelve graduate-level Construction Management class degree requirements. I was focused on the curriculum to achieve a grade point average higher than 4.0, earning an A+ in four of my courses, which resulted in a 97% or higher score in the class, in addition to the four graduate-level courses completed as an undergraduate at CSU-East Bay. All the work was completed achieving the best benefit/cost ratio for student learning outcomes.

I chose LSU, Baton Rouge Graduate Construction Management Program because it is designed to blend engineering, business, and construction management concepts to produce a professional graduate who can manage construction processes for a win-win between the client and contractor. It also provides a path for research and a career path in academics. Further, it is an in-depth education in state-of-the-art construction specializations, including sustainable construction and materials, resilient…

It also provides a path for research and a career path in academics. Further, it is an in-depth education in state-of-the-art construction specializations, including sustainable construction and materials, resilient construction, building information modeling, decision-making, advanced productivity, and robotics. Moreover, it was a perfect fit for the professional development path I sought during the COVID-19 pandemic. Online, so all I needed to do was focus all my time studying. I had no distractions from man-made or natural disasters, no travel or resource restrictions, and it was exactly the degree I was looking for. I highly recommend the program.

I was the first to complete the University Honors Program in the Construction Management Program at CSU East Bay, demonstrating a pioneering spirit and dedication. I achieved this despite the additional burden of a minor in International Business and taking four graduate-level Construction Management courses at CSU East Bay. I want to let you know that these four graduate courses were NOT applied to any graduate degree. They were undertaken as part of extracurricular work for my bachelor's degree, showcasing my commitment to academic excellence and my proactive approach to preparing for graduate admission. I want to thank all the professors who guided me through the process - there is a special place in heaven for you!

Activities and Societies: Math Learning Center, Business Club, Honorsociety.org

In the Class of 2016, I was the only person to receive the Highest Honors for the Business Supervision/Management category. However, this business degree is the most challenging offered at Ohlone Community and the rarest in the California Community College System.

Activities and Societies: Lobbying for government contracts to be union-signed contractors through the Local 713 Carpenters In Action.

I completed my apprenticeship through the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and became a journeyman carpenter. Moreover, I took my journeyman carpenter knowledge further by taking 22 advanced skills training courses through the UBC Training Center while working as a carpenter. Below are some of the qualification/certification cards I earned.
