There is so much in this little post for business owners and managers to think through. Can we figure out the difference between the important work and the hard work in our businesses? Are there others who can do the hard work so we can do the important work? Those are questions that could change the shape of business.

A pet peeve of mine on website homepages is background video that's cut so quickly, it seems like the video editor is trying to win an Olympic medal. In many cases, the action rate of these background videos competes with the brands they promote.
