“I am writing this letter to provide a strong recommendation for Cynthia Watkins, who has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills and professionalism as a Database Administrator in our organization. I have had the pleasure of working closely with Cynthia for the past couple of years and have been consistently impressed by their ability to keep calm under pressure and seamlessly fill vacancies without any interruption to our business operations. Cynthia has repeatedly proven their capability to handle challenging situations with composure and sound judgment. She possesses an innate ability to remain level-headed even in high-stress environments, which is an invaluable trait for a Database Administrator. In several instances, we have encountered critical database issues that could have disrupted our business continuity. However, thanks to Cynthia's calm and composed demeanor, they were able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve these issues swiftly, ensuring minimal downtime and preventing any significant impact on our operations. Cynthia’s exceptional organizational skills and forward-thinking approach set her apart. When a vacancy arose in our team, which could have caused disruption to our business processes, Cynthia took it upon herself to proactively manage the transition. She quickly familiarized herself with the responsibilities and intricacies of the vacant role, going above and beyond her usual duties to ensure a smooth handover. This dedication and willingness to take on additional responsibilities ensured that there was no interruption to our business operations during the transition period. Cynthia is an exceptional team player who actively collaborates with colleagues, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Her strong communication skills enable her to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating seamless cooperation across different teams and departments.”

As a Community Leader, I worked with Cub Masters to coordinate Pack events, Financing, and Programs available from the Boy Scouts of America.
As a Den Leader, I worked directly with Cub Scouts and their parents/guardians to execute the Cub Scouting program in my dens. Due to a small pack, I was often teaching multiple Cub Scout ranks at a time. It was challenging but also fun!
